I think this is a very good product as Dermalogica is in general. But if you have a sensitive skin it may cause irritation, as happened to me. In the case of part of your skin being sensitive and part being suffering from acne, it can be used locally so that you avoid the more sensitive parts of your skin and apply only to the acne-prone areas. Definitely helps!
