It's a fairly runny cream which nevertheless seems to firm up the eyes where there is sagginess on the eyelids. I have used it morning and night for about a week or so and am very pleased with the result. I don't think it does a great deal for fine lines/wrinkles.
It is in a nice pump dispenser which works well, dispensing just the right amount of cream.I would buy it again - if I could afford it!
