I take these capsules together with 2 other Elemis capsules( deep drainasge and cal meteb plus) as a deep detox programme for the liver which also aids weight loss through improved efficiency of thyroid system and liver in disposing and dealing with toxins and fats. It was a much talked about system whilst on a recent holiday in USA and is sold at premium prices on cruise ships for the above reasons. The seminar i attended went into much detail on the benefits of this detox system and the quality of the Elemis product. All of which made perfect sense. I bought the products on returing home, drink plenty of water and try and follow a reasonably healthy diet and exercise programme. I am so far impressed with weight loss and an improved feeling of well being, including my digestion system and reduced water retention. I would definately say it is worth a try. Although expensive detox should only last for between 4 to 6 months once every 4 years!
