This Toner is divine, it is so kind to your skin, I use it in cnjunction with the Deceleor Harmonie Range and Soothing Cleanser. It is so kind to your skin - very gentle woudl recommend.

Decleor tonifying lotion is my all time favourite toner. This toner is very gentle, yet most effective, leaving my skin feeling fresh, clean and comfortable. It is definitely a pleasure to use. I have at times used other brand toners which have really disappointed me , leaving my skin tight, dry and stinging, not this one. I would certainly recommend this to everyone!

I have tried many toners over the years but every time come back to this one. It has the most wonderful aromatic smell, that immediately makes you feel good. It cleans off every last trace of make up and dirt but never leaves your skin feeling tight. I have tried cheaper ones but this really is good value as it doesn't soak into a cotton pad and disappear. Finally I just love the pretty pink colour.
