This product smells lovely (have never had a Tigi product that doesn't) and you only need a little bit to wash your hair. I like the fact that it leaves my hair feeling very clean and bouncy. However, while it doesn't weight down hair, it also doesn't dramatically increase volume. Obviously you wouldn't expect a shampoo to do the job of hairspray and a hairdryer so I wasn't expecting miracles but I was a bit disappointed with the results. I should mention that I have fine hair and so you may have better results with your hair (my sister quite likes it). In conclusion, smells good, leaves hair clean and soft but this shampoo alone won't give fine hair a lot of volume
