Mama Mio Tummy Toner works in three simple stages: 1. Exfoliate - Papaya Enzymes (natural fruit enzymes) act by softening and gently dissolving the 'cement' that holds dead skin cells on the surface. How to use:

Gently massage Mama Mio Tummy Toner from below the breast to across the entire abdomen, use it twice daily. If using in conjunction with Stretch Mark Minimiser, use Tummy Toner first, let it dry and then use Stretch Mark Minimiser.
