This product is excellent. I have had a lot of problems with very dry hair because of constant colouring - even having to have my hair cut very short and use less hair dye ! I have used many products over the years including ghd conditioners. I find the ghd products too conditioning and leaving me with a 1980's hair style of hair everwhere. By using the redken velvet whip i can now blow dry my hair (something which has been a no no for me for years because of my problem with dry hair ). As a result of using velvet whip blow drying my hair is good for the hair because the heat seems to make the conditioner work better and everyone comments on how silky smooth my hair is. I can now use lots of colouring on my hair. I used to have to use many products on my hair but find now that the velvet whip is all i need - so am saving lots of money.
