If you want to really prepare your skin for exposure to the sun then this is the product for you. I have very very fair skin and always burn and blister when I am exposed to the sun even in this country!! So last year I thought I would try this product before I went on my foreign holiday. I started using about 3 weeks before as a body moisuriser it was as good a quality body cream as any i've used. I did think it was going to be a waste of money but it was more than worth the effort and money as I didn't burn and came back with a nice colour for the first time in my life!
