I love these pencils and have quite a few of them on the go in different colours. I don't use them as top liner as I prefer using the powder liners with the liquid sealer but do use them to line in the water line and below and they really stay put. They also do not require sharpening which is an added bonus so no wastage.

Wonderfully smooth, very easy to glide on your eyelids, close to the lashes. It really does brighten your eyes (I have it in bronze). I love that it is propelling, so always ready to use and no need to carry a sharpener around with you. Would like this in more colours as its such a great product.
