How to use:

When you only have a minute: apply to the whole body after a bath or shower, using wide, ascending circular movements.

When you have 5 minutes: begin by exfoliating the entire body with Force minérale rénovatrice to eliminate dead cells and facilitate the product's absorption by the skin.

Apply émulsion raffermissante hydratante to the entire body with ascending circular movements, beginning at the ankles. Then, moving upwards, pinch and roll the flesh on the inner and outer sides of the thighs and arms. Finish by massaging the stomach, using clockwise circular movements.
