I tried these capsules after recomendation that i needed to do a deep detox. They were taken together with 2 other Elemis capsules (vitality and cal metab plus) as a meansand to lose stubborn weight , which concentrated on areas mainly around stomache and gland areas (under arms, tops of legs etc) where many women hold excess weight. The detox is meant to speed up your metabolism and increase efficiency of liver and thyroid glands which aids well being and ability to get rid of excess toxins and fat. For me it appears to be working, i feel better in my whole self. Well worth trying!
