I also tried these tablets after going on an American Cruise ship, where this product together with 2 other Elemis capsules which are taken at the same time (vitality and deep drainage) act as a detox for your liver and help with weight loss. It appears quite a costly outlay, but a deep detox (between 4 - 6 months) should only be needed once every 4 years. The tablets are aimed to increase the efficiency of your liver and thyroid system allowing it to speed up and be more effective. It appears to be working for me, i feel better in many ways including digestion, less bloating or water retention and general well being. Worth a go!

I have used all of the body enhancement capsules from Elemis through the past six months, as a recommended detox programme advised by a spa on a high end cruise line. Sadly though, I have noticed no differences to the way I feel, no substantial weight loss, or any other kind of improvements to my health - even when combined with a very healthy, mostly organic diet plan and energetic aerobic and weight training exercise four times a week! I was told that my slightly bloated stomach would flatten out if I stuck to the plan using these capsules. I did lose some weight, but not enough to be able to recommend these as one of the causes - probably more to do with the exercise, and certainly my small pot belly is still with me!!! I expected more as they are expensive, but would not recommend them or bother buying more.

I have used these capsules for the past month along with the Elemis deep Drainage capsules, they are part of a 3 month detox program that boosts your metabolism. When used with a healthy eating plan they can help weightloss. I suffer with some food intolerances and they have kept me from feeling bloated and sluggish.
