I don't have any serious joint or muscle issues, but WOW I still adore this product. The smell is heavenly, perfect for when you have a cold or flu, really stimulating. But as for the bath, it's so yummy it's hard to describe - When I work out of have just overdone it a little, this is my perfect quick fix. My muscles don't feel as sore as they would do, and I just generally feel re-awakened and ready to go. Whilst it is more expensive than any of your usual bath products, the elemis bath products are all above and beyond luxury - they are divine and therefore for pure "me" time, they are worth every single penny.
