Brilliant, brilliant. I have suffered from chronic dryness and redness on the area around my mouth for years and after being wrongly diagnosed with dermatitis and eczema,and given lots of horrible steroid creams to try, I had a Dermalogica facial and was recommended to use this. I have been using it for about 2 yrs now and it really soothes and calms the redness. Although the redness does still flare up (usually after too much wine or stress!) I have definitely noticed an improvement. I love the way it sinks into my skin and is a perfect base for make up.
Having tried many top brands (and cheaper ones) on the market I had always suffered with oily skin. After visiting a specialist I was advised if was not oily but very dehydrated and this product was recommended. End of problem! The title says it all, it is a barrier against the harsh elements of weather and office air conditioning.
Fantastic stuff! When your skin is in crisis and nothing else gives any relief, this is the product to use. It is expensive but only a tiny amount is needed. The gel type formula glides on and disappears instantly without the heavy feel that a lot of moisturisers for very dry skin have.
Just a few words indicating my love for Dermalogica Barrier Repair. I must stress, WHAT A CREAM! I've recently began seeing redness and dryness on my face. I was asked to try Dermalogica Barrier Repair and I haven't looked back since. Immediate results. My only regret is the price for the amount that you get but I'll leave that up to all the red faced individual consumers out there.
