I had read about Precleanse before but just thought it was a gimmick and didn't purchase it. But after purchasing my last Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser it came with a trial size sample of the Precleanse. I tried it and was very impressed with the results. My skin looked and felt really really clean. After a few nights of using this product along side of my dermal clay cleanser I noticed that my skin was looking clearer. I have quite oily skin and though don't suffer from spots I do, or rather I did, have open and congested pores around the nose and chin area. The pores are now looking clearer and appear smaller and less noticeable. I am now on this website purchasing the full size version of Precleanse. I might add that I only use it at night to remove all my make up and oils that have accumulated on my face during the day. In the morning I just use my dermal clay cleanser. I did think that with it being oil based that it might have made my oily skin much oilier but it hasn't been the case. I'd advise anyone to try it and see the improvement in your skin.
I was quite amazed by this product. It got rid of all my make up, including waterproof mascara and it's very simple to use. You just massage it into your skin and your makeup just simply dissappears. It's quite simply a fabulous cleanser.
This product is amazing, i'd had a Dermologica facial done as a pay day treat. When the therapist recommended using Dermological products (this one in particular) i thought "she's going for the sell here", but having got them for Christmas and using the Pre-Cleanse, facial wash, toner and moisturiser i have never had such good skin. I've struggled with my skin for years and had been an avid Clinique fan until i tried Dermalogica. Brilliant, nothing will make me change back.
When this was recommended to me, to be honest my first thought was that it was a gimmick - I already have a great cleanser - what difference will it make? Well its AMAZING and everyone else I have told about this and has used it agrees. The first few weeks my skin was not great but this was down to it getting rid of all the rubbish in my pores - but since then my skin has never looked better, it removes all your make up even eye and makes my skin so soft and smooth, I can even use less moisturiser! Gimmick - I don't know how I ever lived without it!
i use this if ive slept in my make up and when im doing myself a home facial. brilliant product really cleans my skin well and its got a really nice fresh scent to.
This is the first cleanser/pre-cleanser that actually took off all of my eye make-up. I use it with teh special cleansing gel and my skin has never felt cleaner. when I first started using it some blemishes appeared, but it seemed as though my pores were just clearing out dirt etc but as long as I remember to take my make-up off everynight I find my skin relatively spot free. I take the pre-cleanser off with the dermalogica sponge cloth which I feel really helps. My skin is a little drier now, but using a good moisturiser suited to my skin stops that from being a problem.
