Philip B Maui Wowie Beach Mist - 150ml

I have fairly dry hair and wanted to find a way to wear my hair in the summer time that doesn’t require much effort. This product gives me the perfect casual look with beach style waves and lots of volume. I’ve used several other sea sprays but always come back to this one as they just don’t give the same results! The only downside is the price for the amount you get and the rate it gets used at!

Gosh this stuff is amazing. I tried this at a whim having been a fan of other philip b products and i fell in love. I'm on my third bottle and both me and my boyfriend are fans. It really does do what it says and gives the hair a great carefree texture and light hold, gives waves amazing sexy body and for the boy, bulks up his medium length hair and makes it messy and piecy without the mess of wax, pomade or pastes. It smells great and the nozzle sprays amazing. Very fine mist no squirts or anything like that.

After years of curling with curling irons and a lot of messing about trying to curl my hair with straighteners, I have finally found something which will give me those care-free waves I've always dreamed of! My hair is naturally a bit wavy, but I usually straighten it because I suffer from serious frizz whenever I let my natural texture come out. I wanted that "I'm so beautiful and didn't have to do a thing' look and nothing ever came close to getting me where I wanted... until I used this! I was a bit put off with the price, but decided that if I didn't like it, I could give it away or re-sell what was left. I didn't need to worry as this beach mist is worth every penny! A little goes a long way. I now wash and dry my hair, adding this mist just to my lengths sparingly and scrunch. Voila! Beautiful, carefree, beachy waves! Beware of putting in too much product as it will leave you with a crunchy feel. You can always add more as you go along. After the first time of using this, my 13 year old daughter (who thinks I'm the most uncool person on the planet) was shocked and complimented me on my gorgeous hair. I now have to hide this mist from her so I can keep it all to myself! All-in-all an awesome product.

Did what it promised to do. I use it on dry hair, which instantly creates waves and volume. The spray has a nice scent. I also like that you only need a small amount of product, so the bottle will last quite long. Applied on damp hair however, this doesn't make much difference for me, especially since I need to brush my hair after blowdrying and brushing will undo most of the created volume. So I primarily recommend this for a quick fix on dry hair. This spray definitly creates a nicer feeling than home-made salt sprays or ocean water, because of its moisturizing qualities.
